To build strong customer relations especially at the higher level, and  promote BT products and services to the existing customer base. To work with Field and Specialist Teams, create leads and make appointments for them , as determined by the business. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is achieved in all dealings with the customer, and manage expectations in terms of delivery, installation and billing. BT Induction training, plus sales and ongoing product training will be available to ensure that you are able to manage ordering processes,  products and services as appropriate. You will need to have strong relationship building, and team working skills. You will also need the ability to communicate at all levels, and to identify and generate new business.
